A person holding a gray and white kitten with blue eyes, wearing a gray shirt with a fluorescent orange lanyard around their neck.

Best Friends® needed lanyards for their sanctuary staff that were both functional and safe.

Staff required a lanyard that could securely hold a keyring with easy detachment, without removing the lanyard from their neck.

Crucially, given constant interaction with animals, these lanyards also had to feature an emergency release buckle to prevent injury if an animal pulled on it.

Orange and white pet leash with floral and stripe patterns, featuring a black plastic clasp and a metal clip, with the words "Best Friends" and a smiling face icon printed on it.

We recommended a 16" x 1" polyester strap featuring a slide buckle release (around the neck) and an oval clip for swift, hassle-free access. This practical solution met all safety and functional criteria. As for the lanyard's design, we dye-sublimated the requested various animal footprints pattern in the clients’ vibrant brand colors.
